Keep your records protected

The current preview saves records on the device. Cloud sync and cross-device recovery are planned; they are not an active backup service. Follow the export and backup guidance for your assigned build before uninstalling, clearing app storage, replacing a device, or installing a new preview.

Report an issue without exposing private data

• Start with a brief description and steps to reproduce the issue.
• Do not send credentials, full device backups, personal rider details, or private setup exports in an initial message.
• Existing testers should use their approved private channel if a screenshot or evidence file is needed.
• For a security issue, choose Support and describe the concern privately. Do not publish exploit details or other people’s records.

Understand the preview

Features may change, and the tools in your assigned build may differ from another tester’s. ChassiSync records information supplied by the user. It does not physically measure or alter a motorcycle, provide automatic lap timing, or certify a motorcycle, tire, or setup as safe. Verify the actual motorcycle and work with qualified support when needed.
