CHASSISYNC / WEBSITE PRIVACY

Clear about your information.

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy covers the public ChassiSync prelaunch website at chassisync.com and correspondence sent through its contact flow. It does not describe all data handling inside the ChassiSync app or any future AI or cloud service. Separate information will be provided as those services become available.

Who is responsible for this website?

ChassiSync is an independently operated project intended for Saber 17 NorthWest, LLC, whose Washington formation is pending. Until formation is effective, the project operator manages this website and its correspondence. Contact the operator through the privacy contact option.

Information you choose to send

The contact form lets you prepare a message about private testing, support, privacy, or a general question. You may include a name, trackside role, device type, and message. These form fields are processed in your browser and are not submitted to a ChassiSync web database. They are not saved by this website between visits.

Selecting “Prepare email” creates a message for your review. Selecting “Open email app” passes the message to your chosen email application. You must send it there. If you send it, we receive your email address, the message, and information included by your email service. Your email provider handles drafts and delivery under its own policies. Your browser may offer its own autofill or form-history features.

How correspondence is used

We use messages to respond to requests, evaluate private tester interest, arrange appropriate follow-up, improve the product, and address security or misuse. Sending tester interest does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell your contact information or publish your messages as testimonials without permission.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security. When you visit, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security signals. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. Email providers also process correspondence for delivery and storage. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies for its own functionality. Cloudflare may use security-related mechanisms as part of its service. We do not add social embeds or load fonts from third-party services.

Access, retention, and deletion

Correspondence is intended for the project operator and people authorized to help with the relevant request. We keep it as needed to handle that request, manage a testing relationship, and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs. Retention may vary with the request; email-provider backups may remain after active copies are deleted.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have sent, or withdraw your tester interest, using the privacy contact option. We may request reasonable verification before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or dispute resolution.

What not to send

Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, confidential team material, full device backups, or private setup files in an initial message. If existing testers need to share evidence, use the previously agreed private testing channel.

Children

The private tester interest process is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not use it to submit a child’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when the website’s data practices change. Adding direct web submissions, analytics, accounts, or other services will require a corresponding policy update.
